Chuck Thompson worked as a voice intercept operator from 1967 to 1969 at a top secret listening post in West Berlin. More than 40 years later, he published his first novel, McCurry’s War, based on his experiences in Berlin. Today, Thompson is a semi-retired marketing consultant living with his wife in Levittown, PA. For 13 years, 10 years before starting his marketing agency with his wife, Christine, he worked as a journalist, winning numerous awards for both general assignments and investigative pieces.
